incoming call issue

Back button does not works when phone call is ringing in full screen mode, due to which can't ignore and start using phone.

While using phone we get small pop up of call which we can hide but when phone call is in full screen it does not work.

Call > Call Settings > Call Display While using app [ change this settings
Select option here for " Pop-up "]

this is for the time u r using any application....
what about when ur phone is locked
at that time we can not ignore the call, start using phone or use back button without answering the call or disconnecting it.

THAT TIME JUST PRESS POWER BUTTON OR VOLUME DOWN
AND JUST UNLOCK DEVICE
AND START USING BY PRESSING HOME BUTTON
