This is an issue with the third party app you are using. Not Samsung's fault.

Remove you network speed meter. That's the app causing this problem.

And try any other app which doesn't crash on your phone.

Bro, just uninstall this app..as what I said in your previous post

Before uninstalling clear data of this app

long press on that app icon>app info (ibutton) >storage >clear cache and data restart your device then open again
