To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
>Settings> app>3 dots/more option>show system app>search for Instagram app>Clear cache>force stop.
>You can also check by updating the application via app store/Google play store.
>Settings>apps>tap on 3 dots>show system apps>> Instagram>>apps permission>>gallery>>enable.
