idea cellular issue with m30s

Guys, is anyone facing issue with Samsung galaxy m30s over idea cellular network? Seems like my m30s does not work for any kind of idea sim card. I have tried with 5 different  idea sims, it does not work in both slots. However, any other sim card from other network providers like airtel, jio, Vodafone  works perfectly fine in both sim slots. This is really weird.

Sorry, what do I do now? Have been using this sim for four years on old mobile on 4g n/w. It Used to work fine.

Network reception is very poor. Can we expect an update from Samsung?

Yes,that's true M30s has such a bad and poor network reception
