i have m21 . i have issue each & every day i have to face the issue of bootloop from last 6 months i have visited the samsung service center in feb of 2021 they said that the issue will not happen again they reset /format the device but the same issue start to happen after 2-3 days &now the device is not opening now . plz help or change my phone .
