bro. there are no other solutions..
you have to reset the phone and install the operating system again..
whole data will be removed.

if you have backed and sync your data on sd card or via Samsung account your contacts files will be saved don't u use Google drive or onedrive they make sure you don't lose anything anywhere well you'll have to flash your phone via smart switch or via odin tool
