Bro, connect to proper wifi setup and app updates will be installed automatically or best effective way to disable android setup and its notifications
settings>applications>click 3 dots at top right corner>select show system apps>scroll down to android setup>select it>disable it and block notifications
mr.tamil first read properly what do mr.sidhabhi said..he clearly told to disabled android setup first.....now which android setup.....that you can find in my screenshot
2 procedure....1st go to app settings..then search system app...then search android setup then just disable it ...2nd connect with wifi and complete the setup which is better for device ( not wifi tethering you have to use direct wifi)......NOTE....if possible,,allaways try to flash firmware or download it by non fluctuating strong wifi....you simply update it by mobile data which is not the procedure or recommended
If you still don't want to have these apps as well, my suggestion is to delete the app itself. Follow this link to delete the unwanted bloatwares in your phone.....
