headset problem

I'm facing this 'headset mode on' problem on my new samsung m31s with glad to say that I'm in love with this phone 📱 but suddenly this headset problem occurred and I'm really tenced about it because I'm not able edit videos or record audio and video because of this problem 🤔 It seems that my phone has lost its mic and sound capabilities . Although I'm shocked 😲 too because I was using YouTube while playing video on loudspeaker suddenly the headset 🎧 mode occurred and swish ...... ⛔ Many of users are facing this problem WHY and HOW🤔

Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app and check the result
(Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>...))

if the result will all ok then might be issue with headset itself

and mail too samsung but now my phone works fine 🙂
