hangs and stuck after android Q update for my M30

After recent upgrade to android Q for my galaxyM30, system slowed down and hangs a lot. It seems like the upgrade is not fully compatible with my phone. Sometimes feel my throwing away my phone while doing official works.

Many M30 owners have complained of this same issue after Android 10 upgrade. Samsung must take this issue on top priority.

please shut down all background operation. when lot of apps open in the background it happens like that it will also drain your battery. Try out.

My Samsung m30s android 10 update is stuck on samsung black screen for past 18 hour. unable to even hard reset the device. any suggestions or solution?
