My Samsung m30s drains a lot and take time to make a call. Help me out

Turn on adaptive battery in
settings>device care>battery> app power management> adaptive battery.
will take some time for the device to learn your usage pattern
also turn on put unused apps to sleep option.
If network connectivity is low turn on WiFi calling in order to get a better connection while calling if your carrier supports it.

How much SoT you are getting?

Hang? If you face this often then reset the device. Also I suggest you to install updates from smartswitch pc for glitch free experience. I myself has no issues in my device and getting min 15-16hrs SoT with 100%. But I recommend to use between 20-80 %

Please perform the below mentioned quick steps to resolve the hanging issue:-


1. Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device care> storage).


2. Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.
