With out my involvment some vedios opens.. contcts opens.. like this ghost touch.. how to fix itt.. it hapens once in a weekk like thatt

try keeping your brightness as low as you can, if it doesn't works, then try using a third party app from playstore, it's called "partial screen"

From last update M20 didn't got any improvements to the Ghost touching issue??

nope. but i managed to fix it by watching YouTube solutions, and i think it worked.
