galaxy m31s app freeze issue

Hello galaxy m31 users, has anyone noticed about the opned app getting freezed after unlocking the phone  during the use

go to settings >>advance features >>enable reduce animation .
and lets see

you can also do these if you not done yet

Device care>battery >power mode>select "optimised" and "adaptive power saving".

And then click on "app power management >
And enable these 2 options.
A. Adaptive battery
B. Put Unused Apps to Sleep.

Dear Ehsank.....its a humble request...please stop recommending wrong solutions to everyone in every possible post🙏
You do it in every post possible brother.

If you're recommending solution then first try to understand it first.

I enabled reduce animation way before the last update and this issue is same for everyone using M31s after the last update.


And why is power saving even relevant to this problem?

then i stop giving wrong one!
by the way its not necessary that if something not worked for you, then also not we worked for other
and its better to Request, provide exact and correct solution and all leave to the person who post
and my advise is to you is
just observe each and every post and comments then you know that people here try to solve issue as per their understanding and experiences
and also you know that in same post how different comments and way given to solve.
if you do request to stop commenting on each and every comment then this is very difficult for you
so my final request you to please provide correct solution and just ignore nonsense people like me
who given wrong information here

what is the reason of freezed apps and the solution, please explain me, so that in other same post i can give some solution or atleast i can refer to your comments!

i wanted to give you one example
one person post that some mark or symbol in his mobile homescreen
then peoples comments like this
1st person: change your wallpaper
2nd person: restart your device
3rd person: change the theme
4th person: turn of wallpaper service

then the person who post replied thank you guys ,i just restarted and problem resolved.
so according to you other 3 person shouldn't do comments as they all were wrong?
and provided wrong information?

i have also facing the same issue.... has anybody done factory reset to solve this issue...? or anbody visited service center...?
