freezes m31s

Freezing apps like whats up and youtube and Google and Chrome. Suppose we opened one page while seeing that page lock the phone and wait for 2 minutes then open the same page in Chrome it can't move page or going backwards just freezes . Then we tried 5 to 8 times then moves or gose backwards. Plz resolve .. Its 8gb ram phone .. It shouldn't be behave like this

do these below steps and then observe

Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

I did all these steps and once formated also ..but again comes freezes same after formatting also..actually I installed 3 mod apps. but I Uninstalled also then remains same freezes.

This is an issue which all M31s users are facing (including me). This is a software glitch and will be fixed via software updates.

I think u guys have bought a wrong phone (including me with m31). 20000 rs for exynos 9611,!!!! Seriously???? 😡

No remedy. I regret now not for waiting 7 days before buying this phone. Bcuz moto one fusion + was launched @16999 within a week after i bought this phone. And now see it is available @15999 on flipkart upcoming sale. I have made up my mind: my next smartphone will be definitely non Samsung 🙂. (btw don't call me sir i am 17 years old😅)
