flight mode blinking and not.letting me use cellular network

Flight mode is actually in off mode but in notifications its blinking and not.letting my sim get recognized.

Device is M30

Plz advice.

reset ur device once and clear cache
reset network settings

my network selection in both mode is "Error" I ve done my phone reset factory mode but problem same and my flight mode is not on but lighting in medium light what should I do?
