Please provide knock security in M series i recently both m21 but there is no data network speed and data usage. Also fingerprint does not work properly.  Very disappointed.

Knox security is a hardware based security, can't be provided by any software update.

knox security is hardware based. M31s had it but secure folder was missing and it is now added through an update. I don't think M21 has knox security.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and to resolve network issue please follow below given step:

>>Check network operators and select automatically (Settings> Connections> Mobile Network>Network operator> select automatically > Tap on OK > Registered on network).

 

And to resolve "fingerprint" issue kindly follow the given below step:

>> We always recommend to use screen guards form Samsung only. If you are using any 3rd party screen guard/protective film/tempered glass on the phone, kindly try to re-register your fingerprint after removing it by following these steps.
Disable fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
>>>Register a new fingerprint:-Settings> Bio metric and security>Fingerprints>Continue>Set secure screen lock>Start with center..


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
