fingerprint sensor is working slow in m30s

Did anyone noticed after latest security updates Samsung m30s fingerprint sensor is working slow.

all Samsung phone have slow fingerprint sensor either it is M series or A series

When i first purchased it in first day first sell it was slow but right now after 3 update it is quite fast.

after some online research found that Samsung UI2 version and Android update will solve this issue... hoping it's true

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps:
1- If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
2- Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue.
3- If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode and reconfigure the fingerprint.

4- Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app >> click on “+“icon > send feedback >> error report / ask question).
