After updating one ui 2.0 with android 10 ..I found some navigation lagging and more bugging and also much using battery issue in my m20

It's just your way of thinking that after doing a factory reset everything will be fine. What made your device run smooth is because u might be having some apps/services which may be faulty, and after the reset , everything is fine. Factory reset just wipes your data and nothing else. The system partition is untouched. So don't mislead people.
