I am not satisfied with M31 and want to exchange the phone. But neither amazon nor flipkart shows m31 as eligible model for exchange. On the other hand, m30s is having exchange rate of about INR 4850 only.

it gets hang during calling and the phone is having enough memory and space.

i suggest you to go service centre and request them to reinstall your software update
this will solve all ur issue

but before go to service centre enable safe mode and check same issue occurs or not
if in safe mode not such problem then problem with your 3rd party apps

ok, but for calling I am not using third party app. and this has happened 9th time since last month. due to covid- I don't want to visit service center.
