Use the Samsung provided app named device care application if you're not satisfied of this apps performance then Download (android assistant,c cleaner etc....)applications on play store....
and to scheduled cleaning go to device care >storage booster >auto delete unnecessary data>click on it>and schedule cleaning after that no need to cleaning manually
Its known as CACHE, not CATCH, you can clear cache partition from recovery, but I would ask you to check tutorials on the same before performing as it is a bit complicated.
