My galaxy m21 does not charge. I changed the wall charger and even the cable. But still it does not charge. Please help me

Might be the charging port is damaged. Try cleaning it properly first. Even then if it doesn't work,could be a problem with the port or the charging circuitry itself.

Yeah I think so. Especially with the interactive check not passing. Your best option is a samsung service center or a approved repair shop right now.

First clean and try. If not can be a problem with charging port or circuit. Contact nearest customer service center.
