Iam facing charging issue with my new device Samsung m31 its taking literally 4 and half hours to fully charge I don't what's wrong with my device I perched 4 weeks back and I am facing this issue from last week for 40% it is showing 2h 26m until full...

Are you using same charger which is provided in box with your M31?

Let the battery drain out to 15% or below and plug in Samsung charger provided with your device(Note the time)and start charging your device and avoid using the device while it is charging (using while charging makes the charging estimation time long).and Note the time when it reaches 100%, it should take around 2:45hrs.

Also M31 Packs with Huge 6000Mah battery which is big and takes some extra time to charge compared to smaller sized batteries. But the standard time to charge from 0 to 100% is between 2:30hrs to 3hrs. and it may varie on usage of the device.
