Samsung Galaxy M30 is the best mobile. Its performance was so much good in android 9 software.
After software update its performance becomes low.
● Sometimes it becomes hang or not working properly. It needs restart sometime after.

● Sometimes some pictures , folders are deleted automatically.
Why this problem?

Please do something to remove this problem.
Give a software update to fix the errors.

did you factory reset ever after update ,or flash big firmware from service center? bro it's recommended to flash any big firmware from service center or through Odin software instead of simply downloading by mobile networks....do factory reset once ..you can feel the difference

EXPLANATION 👉..any security patches or big update like oreo, pie, android 10...need strong network like wifi ...big update has to be flash.....it's because when you simply download them through own mobile networks, then if network is little bit slow ,can skip 2 or 3 important files..called file skip in issue which leads to slow ui..or ui lag, poor camera performance, battery draining issue etc....not by me it's recommended by Samsung also.....always flash big update and use wifi during security patch update instead of simply downloading them through mobile networks......if I gave you proper suggestions then please accept my solution necessarily👍

I'm also using M30 and haven't faced any above issues. Do these things- Uninstall unnecessary system apps. The 2nd one could be due to device care app when cleaning old cache files sometime it recognize the important folder as cache which then gets deleted.Disable Auto Optimization from device care advanced settings and then check the isuue.
