cannot start Dolby Atmos

I cannot activate Dolby Atmos and UHQ upscale in my M31.

Dolby atmos is on when you connect with earphones

But in my previous phone motorola one power it worked without any Bluetooth or wired headphones even

Dolby Atmos only works with Wired or Wireless Headphones. UHQ Upscale is only works with wired headphones, If you already connected with headphone, then try clearing data of Sound Alive

Dolby atoms works with blutooth and wired headphones both.And UHQ only works with a wired headphones.So connect headphones and check.
