I'm using m30s when trying to click pic on 48m pixel mode then captured photo save time is too slow and photo quality is too poor compare to 48m pixel.
you should contact to the nearby service center as camera of M30 is really good. You might be doing something wrong . And on night mode or pro mode settings only the saving takes time.
48 MP takes high resolution photos so it will take a bit of time to process as these phone processors aren't the best in market. Also, I suggest you to use 12MP it takes lesser space +fast processing+ quality is good enough for most of things. P.S. As camera megapixels increase, noise in photo will also increase because it captures those noise as well which less MP camera does not capture.
