buzzing sound in earphone...

From the day i purchased my m31s, ie. 22th of this month I have a problem with my 3.5mm jack 

Whenever a tone or any music starts playing, there's a buzzing noise in background.

I never had this problem with same earphones in my old phone. Anybody with same problem???

with touch sound also buzzing sound produce by phone...

So almost everybody has it. I'm facing the same issue with my M31s .

And saw others reporting the same.

you contact with service centre or not

yes I went to the service centre...they initially couldn't realize the issue

then they wanted to keep the device and get it repaired

exactly when I stepped down as I want my brand new phone to get open and repaired

requested for replacement...and there was a bigggg no😔
