[bug][rant]The inbuilt call recorder function is broken and not reliable.

Inbuilt call recorder does not work every time. Sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. It also stops recording a call if you switch from WiFi to mobile data (if WiFi calling is turned on).

I had a really important call today that needed to be recorded but it wasn't automatically recorded. I have set the call recorder up to record all calls and yet it does not. 

This was a really disappointing experience.
