Bro, open bluetooth settings and delete all paired devices..and then turn it off and turn it in again..
or
go to settings>applications>scroll down to bluetooth>clear cache/data and restart your device
or
go to settings>general management>select reset>click on network settings
or
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences

just give a try

then reset your phone and try if still your phone doesn't recognize bluetooth then there is a problem on the motherboard visit service center they will replace your motherboard for free of cost if it is under warranty

new phone bro. tried with same model of my another friend. but bluetooth headset Is not recognised by the device

Open Samsung member app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error reports>attach log file.
