Hlo i am also using M20. But we can get bixby because for running bixby it needs some hardware parts which M Series (EXCEPT M40) don't have. So we can get bixby for our device. THANK YOU
Samsung give Bixby on their mid range or high range phone. M20 is a low budget phone, so it is very difficult to say that Samsung give bixby on M20 in future. however Google Assistant is much better than Bixby, you can see the difference in YouTube. Thanks
