I have samsung galaxy a73 5g last 2 years and I'm using secure folder for banking and some secretary purpose.but i am unable to use banking apps for upi,unable to registration upi apps alwas showing sms not send please try again, have this issue past 2-3 months .So i request to samsung please fix this error or issue. tha
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Hi Arun, I understand that you're using secure folder to keep your banking credentials and for your private stuff. Since all upi app like phonepe, googlepay, paytm also have their own security feature as when you login to the app and also during as when you try paying through these app (6 digit or 4 digit upi pin) . I would recommend if you can move these app (phonepe, and other banking apps) out of secure folder and give them a try to re-register your bank into these apps. Hope it will work. Also please check if your current sim provider plan include sms (outgoing sms). If you are able to resolve the issue , I would request to mark this as resolved. You can do it by clicking on 3 dot and marking it as resolved .
As per your query, we want to inform you that the UPI apps are not working in a secure folder as this is the concept in the new update. You have to use the UPI apps outside of the Secure Folder. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding this.
