I have used for  m30s recently I am facing for restart  issue plz any solution

A. Clear Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. go to safemode and observe is there same issue in safemode too
if not then problem may due to other downloaded apps
and if same issue in safemode then try to visit service centre

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

what explanation did they give for this problem?

and did they charge you for the software install?

Same issue in my Samsung A50 also. Really fed up.. Samsung should provide new update as soon as possible

Same issue with my M30s as well. It freezes and restarts randomly. It happens in Safe mode as well. I suspect that the software is causing it, Will try to factory reset my device and see if the issue is resolved. The issue is seen on many M30s devices, Sadly my device is not under warranty and I fear Samsung will tell me to replace my motherboard which would be Rs.8000. Let me know if your issue is fixed or if you find any solution for this.

I am doing it on the 17th of December, I can't do it now because I have work and don't want to lose my data, Will back up everything and do a factory reset, I'll let you know if it works

I performed a factory reset and the problem still occurs. I'm really irritated with the trouble the phone is giving, During the setup also it restarted 5 times. Hope someone comes up with a solution for this.
