auto restarting

Anyone know why my galaxy M20 auto restart and stuck in Samsung logo start up screen. I factory reset it and wipe data but problem is not slove.

I think it is a hardware problem. You should go to authorized Samsung Service Centre.

i think its a problem with your software if your warranty is valid you can go to a authorized samsung service center and reinstall the software
