I have the same issue. specially call receive and application drawer scrolling . I do reset several times but it's not well. finaly I visit to Samsung centre bcz my screen have also yellow ditch without applying blue light filter. I told engineers about my phone problem. he flashed my phone completely via PC and changed sceen. now solved my display issue and hanging problem also.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue: Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now). 2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
3-If device hangs in any particular application/game then Clear cache memory of that application (Settings>apps> tap on that app>storage>clear cache)
