Worst service in samsung care Rohtak

It's my 1st time that i am very disappointed by Samsung's service , My m31s mobile's reciver (ear speaker) was not working properly sometime  it sounds sometime not .
 
 This problem started in mid april but due to lockdown i was not able to go to service center ,yesterday i went and told about the problem and they submit my mobile.
 
 Today when i receive my mobile and ask about its reciver they say - we have changed your mobile charging port, but I was not facing any issue with it . They did not change reciver and said it is working properly when they check it ,it was working but i am facing issue with it they refuses to change it .
 And i ask for receipt about what they change in my mobile they say your mobile is in warranty period so we can not give you any receipt regarding this repair.
 
 OR IT'S TIME TO MOVE FROM SAMSUNG ?

Just tell them to give jobsheet number. Agar phir bhi dikaat aaye toh samsung ceo escalation pe jao, vo service centre walo ko daat sakte he. I personally experienced this.
