Samsung is aware of the overheating issue with their own CHIP Exynos but still will not accept their fault in quality control.
Following phones are having this bad quality chip and incase you are owner of this phone , please backup the data immediatly before it goes in restart loop that can not be resolved by Factory reset.
Will Samsung recall these products from market and provide onetime free replacement of Motherboards which is only solution once software update result in the CHIP getting damaged.
Even SAMSUNG is banned in US from using this CHIP in any of their product and even not using it for phones launched in KORIA.
LOL, btw no. It has recalled famous note series for explosion (to change battery) only. Also Samsung has not been banned from using Exynos in US. It's just CDMA patent related thing (have to pay more money to USA carrier, so don't make economical viable to launch Exynos), although they do have launched with Exynos in USA for carrier free version. Exynos 9611 is very old SOC(even though launched few year ago, but ARM core is old) along with poorly optimised Modem plus energy inefficient samsung foundry node. So they can't do much with that now. Good thing is now 1280 is new 9611 , here they are using better Samsung foundry node plus better ARM core along with new generation Exynos modem that are efficient.
