Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same and please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1: From the home screen swipe up or down to access the App Screen > Setting > General Management > Reset > Auto Restart > To Turn OFF auto-restart slide the slider toward the left.
Method 2: Go to 'Settings'>>Tap on 'Battery and device care'>> Tap on Three dots>>Tap on 'Automation'>>Disable 'Auto-restart at set times' if enabled

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Navigate to the Apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on the desired app>>Tap on Uninstall>>Tap on OK

Reset settings: From the home screen, click on Settings>>General Management>> click on reset and then reset setting.

Please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the Wi-Fi issue.

Note: Any prompt that says "Authentication Error" is related to an incorrect password. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance regarding changing your Wi-Fi network password.

1: Settings >> Connections >> Wi-Fi >> W-Fi network >> Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.

2: Reset Network Settings: Setting >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Network Setting.

3: Restart the Router and Mobile Device. Switch off your Router (at the wall or with the power button on the router) and wait for 2-3 minutes before switching it on. While you're waiting, press the Power button on your mobile device and select Restart.

Once the router has been successfully connected to the internet again, try to connect to your network on your mobile device.

Make sure there is no interference between the router and your mobile device. Concrete walls, fridges, and microwaves can all interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.

4: Disable flight mode. Find the Airplane/Flight mode option and turn it off.

kindly perform some basic steps which should resolve the hotspot issue.

Disable the data saver:
Path: Settings > Connections >Data usage > Data saver > Disable data saver (if enabled)

Reset network settings:
Path: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings

Reset settings:
Path: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all settings

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Thank you for writing to us.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support.

Bro , I'm also facing the same issue.
That auto-restart is called boot loop. My phone often goes into boot loop and doesn't boot for 10-15 minutes straight. Also my wifi and hotspot are not working.
If you have got any solution regarding this , please tell me. 🙏
