Why updates delayed?.

Why the one Ui 4.0 update Samsung M21 2021 Edition is not given to the customers. No software updates have been made yet, and the last security update was received in December.

Usually the newest phone gets the fastest update overall not necessarily the cheapest when i had the fold 3 which is considered very expensive phone the updates on it till this day are late then others even tho it new as well right now the s22 ultra is the fastest to get the updates as of now
