Why there's no fast charging on/ off shortcut

I'm currently using samsung m20. Sometimes I'm charging my phone over night. Is overnight overcharging is okay with fast charging?

Like if there's a shortcut on the notification panel. It much easier to on off fast charging when I charging overnight...

once device charged fully, there will be no overcharged. keeping charger connected to the device will not have an issue.

there's no any harm for battery while it is fast charging when battery is full.
