Bro, Samsung pay require two sets of hardware mst and nfc and your device definitely lacks required hardware..that's why its not available .

because mostly m series smartphones provide one ui core version it is lite version of one ui. and it's not support Samsung many services like Samsung pay Bixby always on display and more
