When zooming in a picture. The Galaxy M32 uses Digital Zoom, which can degrade the image quality and could be blurred as it enlarges the image by cropping and enlarging the pixels. On video zooming also camera could produce blurry videos due to the digital zoom as it reduces the image quality and it enlarges pixels. This problem will not be getting with the optical zoom lenses.

Try using alcohol wips to clean the lens then try again or try in a bright light area that'll reduce the glimpse made by low light. Don't zoom as much to the higher pitch. Cus digital zoom works just as you zooming a normal picture. I mean that'll reduce the ( real pixel count ) quality
