Why Whats the Use Of Type C to Type C cable in M51

I don't get that point why M51 has Type C to type C cable I mean 

What if you wants to connect mobile to your laptop then they're will be no option 

If it's USB A ( like pen drive size Port )to type c then you can easily connect 

Can anyone please explain this

My very old HP laptop doesnt have usb c port but now a days all laptops are coming with usb c port.

If your laptop doesnt have usb c port, then you can get usb c to usb a charging cable. Its very cheap, i guess 80, 100 or 150 rs.
