1. I never expected knox, I knew it is a premium feature plus it needs hardware support. I didn't mind not finding features like Good lock either. But simple app lock and file encryption that comes in-built in mobiles of others vendors are providing in much cheaper mobiles is also missing. If Samsung really wants to do well, it must know customers coming from Chinese brands are going to expect that. But hey, I was gonna ignore it and use third party apps for it. (Before you mention S Secure, anyone can just delete the app, leaving locked apps vulnerable).
2. No video recording - something most competitions are giving but again I might have ignored it. Video recording, btw, is just one of many in-built tools missing. There are no daily data alerts for example or network speed tester but again all those are minor annoyances.
3. This though is not be forgiveable. Phone is creating connection problems on my Jio sim and often restarting on its own accord. And despite the software update, there is no change on this issue. (I tried resetting network settings and it was working several times better on my old device).
