Who are using Samsung M31 a year or more than a year?

Anyone using Samsung M31 a year or more than a year? How's the feedback? Is there any motherboard issue or auto restart issue?

Am using it since May 16,2020. Have not faced any performance related issue with the phone ever. Of course there are a few desired features that I would want to find added

I am having M30s and my phone is restarting multiple times automatically since three weeks after last update.

Actually the updates are having some issues, I think.. because many people are getting issues after the update only! Go for a factory reset or service center.

I went to Service Center yesterday and updated software with Factory reset after two hours issue repeats and still restarting

Oh.. again go to the service center and ask them for permanent solution

They simply say mother board issue and ask 5-7k for replacement. We know it's not a mother board issue.

Actually that can be confirmed by Samsung only.. still you can check your settings once.. if auto restart or auto optimization is on.. turn it off
