White Line Issue On M51.

About four days ago, on 9th August this White vertical Line emerged on our M51. There's no physical damage either on screen or the back panel and we have been using a flip cover with protective screen tempors as well.

Go to service center and they replace

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Thats a must but one thing to clearly mention is that the phone is repaired twice from a third party technician for its charging jack and speaker, so will the device stand for any free replacemets?

Under device care did u have auto optimization on or off

The reason why I am asking this, as I saw a video in which the guy was speaking to a Samsung Customer center guy, in that conversation the specific thing that guy mentioned was to save your phone from any green or white or any other line.
No background apps should be running, and auto optimization should be on. These were his 2 things. In which their r less chances if getting this problem ever. Also the phone should be charged to atleast 85% and it should not be heating at the time 1 is installing the update.

Acha to Amoled Panel garam nahi hona chaiye especially charge karte time. Ye options enabled hei phone par.
