Which is better M Series or F Series?

I want to purchase new mobile for one of relative. So Please guide me. I am happy with performance of A series phone. 

Budget is Rs. 15000 to Rs 20000.

No bro, I am not pushing you to buy only Samsung phones, your opinion is the final deal, check if you like other brands but beware as they're cheaper but will add bloatwares more to feed their company.
