Which is better M Series or F Series?

I want to purchase new mobile for one of relative. So Please guide me. I am happy with performance of A series phone. 

Budget is Rs. 15000 to Rs 20000.

Then go for M series and choose the higher option as it fits your budget! But beware, A series is still good if you don't game or heavy multitask. Because of their special security and 4 years of OS Updates

Also you get carrier aggregation to A series specially, not in M series. Boy, I am having a great trouble with my M series

Don't buy both.
Cheap hardware and software.
Mother board problems in A series also .
