WhatsApp or Google duo video call buffering buffering issue

Hi guys, 

Gud afternoon,

I am facing buffering issue in WhatsApp video call and Google duo video call....other person cant hear me and see me properly during the videocall. 

Can any one guide me how to solve this issue.

I Hope You Have A Better Internet Connection, And If your internet is good then you can try clear out apps cache and data and reinstall it again

that's is a internet problem
