Galaxy MPersonal opinion about important things which is needed by customers
1. security(Priority)
2. performance for multitasking 3. display
4. battery
5. Camera
6. Dedicated customer support
Tell me which features made Samsung different from another brands.?
Expections not included in Samsung phones
1. Network speed indicator
2. App lock
3. Screen recording
Thousands of times user requested for these 3 features but Samsung never listen to their customers also giving 6 years of long update with cheap processors, be honest, tell me will you use your phone for 6 years with cheap and slow processor..?

Galaxy M1. Security: Samsung’s Knox provides defense-grade security, especially useful for privacy-conscious users. While other brands offer decent security, Knox remains unmatched in terms of integration and real-time protection.
2. Software Support: Samsung’s commitment to 4-5 years of updates ensures longevity. However, I agree that pairing this with mid-range processors can limit long-term performance, making this update policy more beneficial for flagship models.
3. Brand Ecosystem: Features like SmartThings, Samsung DeX, and Galaxy Store provide a cohesive and versatile ecosystem that’s hard to replicate.
Your expectations are spot on. The absence of a network speed indicator, app lock, and a robust screen recorder is frustrating, especially since budget brands include them. Samsung does need to listen more to these user requests.
Regarding the 6-year update cycle with lower processors – I think it’s realistic for flagship models but not for mid-range devices where performance degradation might be noticeable after a few years. A balance between hardware and software updates is crucial. What’s your take on that
