f=2462 :- this is the frequency of the channel of the connected Wi-Fi.

e8......:19:fa :- This is the MAC address of the Router/Networking Device.

RSSI :- Recieved Signal Strength Indicator, -67dB is your Wifi Signal Strength, which is pretty strong.

Score :- Thats wifi score which is calculated based on Signal Strength and link layer stats, uses it to determine the quality of the network..

Tx, Rx :- Tx, Rx is used instead of Transmit and Recieve respectively in Computer Networking as Abbreviations. Here Tx, Rx is Transmitting and Recieving power of the packets by the modem in your phone.

It must be indicating some issue with the Router or that Wi-Fi network. A quick Google Search showed a lot of ZTE Routers have this issue, so it's fair to assume it as a router issue. If you were helped by this reply, please mark it as the solution.
