M51 is still running on June patch & now sep month is running we don't get July ,Aug , patch but also we don't have a Sep patch... When we will get latest android security patch update Samsung..??

Yes an update with September patch is rolled out in some European countries for m51 . From an article in Sammobile...

And usually if an update is released in Europe for m51 it will come very soon to India as per all update till now...
