I do have color pacha in my m21 phone. Under the covid condition no way to go service.only 3 month remaining in warrantee. In sri lanka always soft logic reject warantee claims.
After lockdown period ends....go to samsung service center rather than a softlogic dealer...and remember softlogic only rejects claims for devices bought under online shopping platforms..
